Healthy Living Revisited

Last time I made a post was about 6 weeks ago and there has been some serious changes in my life. I am down 11 pounds, finished the Charlie Mike program, and feel great. Soon I will be looking at new clothes. The hardest part was cutting out soda, cutting back on beer, and eating better.
If those aren't results then I don't know what is. 

I take ACG3 pre-work out, BCAA post work out, and a protein shake twice a day.
