On 4/23/2016 I made the commitment to get back into the gym and get back into my post military physique. The road will be long and hard, and rewarding.
Week 1, I started by going for a mile or so run and was doing a Monday, Wednesday, Friday routine alternating upper body/lower body. To finish off week 1 I desided to step up my game and try "Charlie Mike". The program seemed to be tailored to women(maybe because a woman created it... I don't know), after the first day my muscles were burning. Day 2 didn't prove much easier, so I'm going to stick with the program for the next 6 weeks. From there the sky is the limits.
